VALD Reykjavík, Iceland
VALD is a newly formed band hailing from Reykjavík, Iceland consisting of
electronic musician Ástvaldur Axel and
pianist/singer Thorvaldur Helgason.
VALD‘s music could be described as a harmonious and hypnotic fusion of
rhythmic electronica and melancholic modern Jazz with lyrics inspired by
traditional Icelandic poetry. VALD is their debut EP.
